I specialise in strength training and coaching the compound lifts. I’m also very passionate about the effects of habit and ritual in regards to how people eat, and incorporate that into my nutrition guidance.
Strength training is where my passion lies. I love introducing new gym go-ers to exercise they never thought they could do.
I love opening client’s worlds to so much more than just the way they look. They find their body can also perform. It can lift, move, bend & run in ways you never thought possible.
I believe fitness is not only important for your physical health but mental health too. It’s about challenging yourself, feeling healthy, feeling strong. Maintaining health and fitness for as long as possible, for a sense of achievement, feeling empowered, to meet new people - a form of self care/self love.
Strength training is my main area of expertise. Going to gym has helped me not only physically but mentally and I want to encourage people to feel the same benefits. I’ve also been in a position where I felt shy about exercising so I want to help others get out of their comfort zones too.
I am passionate about educating people on the benefits of training and helping people to find motivation outside of an aesthetic goal. Strive for strength, not a six pack.
