We complete the work out on the gymnastic rings and I feel elated as I swing high, flip over and catch sight of Glasgow’s bright skyline.

Stephen tells me it’s the element of fun, playful ‘big kidness’ that helps keep bringing people back to train. And he’s right - I’m having so much fun it barely feels like exercise at all.
